As a precaution, due to  Covid-19, PALS are currently unable to receive visitors to our offices.

We remain contactable by phone, email and are also able to offer a virtual face-to-face (online) service by appointment. Thank you for helping us to keep our patients, visitors and staff safe.

What is PALS?

PALS is the Patient Advice and Liaison service.

It is a free, confidential advice and information service run by the Trust and it’s for everyone, whether you use our services or care for someone who does.

What PALS offers

Our PALS staff can help with any concerns or queries you may have about the care we provide, guiding you through the different services available from the NHS or other organisations.

We can also support you if you are finding it hard to access or understand any of our services for any reason.

PALS is for everyone, whether you use our services, or care for someone who does.

What PALS can’t offer

We can’t offer counselling, diagnosis or any medical advice.

We are open weekdays from 10am to 4pm. Outside of these times you can leave a message on our answer phone. The team will prioritise enquires and get back to you as soon as they can.

If you require specific information in regard to the Covid 19 virus, we suggest you visit the Public Health England website.
