Give feedback

If you have used our services, you can give feedback about your experience using Care Opinion.

Care Opinion is an independent online feedback service for health services. You can share your experience with others as well as giving our staff valuable feedback.
If you’ve experienced care at WLMHT recently, either as a patient yourself or as a carer or friend of someone else, please tell us how it was. What was good? What could have been better?
This service is independent of the NHS. For more information about Care Opinion and how your story is handled, visit

Other ways to give feedback

Tell a member of staff

If you feel able to speak to someone in person, this can be a great way to quickly get across your feedback.
Our staff work very hard, so a kind word or positive feedback is always extremely welcome. Thank you cards and notes are particularly appreciated.
If you feel we haven’t met your expectations, it can be useful to know what has gone wrong as soon as possible so we can put it right.

NHS Choices

NHS Choices is the UK’s biggest health website. It provides a comprehensive health information service to help put you in control of your healthcare and allows you to comment on your experiences of NHS care.

Friends and Family Test

The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that asks people if they would recommend the services they have used and offers a range of responses. This kind of feedback is vital in transforming NHS services and supporting patient choice.

Please leave us your feedback using this Friends and Family Test.
