Sir Peter Carr, Chairman of the NHS Trust Development Authority, paid the Trust a visit today. He’s pictured (left) with the Chairman, Nigel McCorkell who is showing him a model of the redeveloped St Bernard’s site.
The NHS Trust Development Authority has recently been set up to provide governance and accountability for NHS trusts in England going through the foundation trust process.
Sir Peter came to the Trust to find out about the progress we’re making with our foundation trust application and to learn more about our plans to redevelop our two main sites.
During today’s visit , he met with staff and patients in the Orchard, the Regional Secure Unit and the Tony Hillis wing on our Ealing site.
