In November, the Trust hosted two Long Service Awards to honour the dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment of its staff.
The awards are held annually, and staff who reach a significant milestone with the Trust receive a personalised anniversary card on their work anniversary. We celebrate those who have served 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years at the Trust.
For those achieving 15 and 20 years of service, we hosted a virtual Long Service event on 1 November. We then hosted a special in-person event on 8 November to recognise staff who have achieved between 25 and 40 years of service. These milestones highlight the immense dedication and experience within our Trust, showcasing the exceptional commitment of our staff.
The in-person event was led by our Director of Organisational Development, Ali Webster, who brought everyone back to the years 1999, 1994, and 1984 with music and quizzes, following a heartfelt opening by our CEO, Maria O’Brien.
Maria said: “Your dedication is the cornerstone of our success,” underscoring the invaluable impact of our long-serving staff.
We are deeply proud of our long-serving team members and grateful for their years of service. Their loyalty and expertise continue to inspire the entire Trust and contribute to our shared achievements.
To all our dedicated staff—a huge thank you for your commitment. Your service is truly valued and deeply appreciated.
