More than 200 staff members flocked to the Hilton Hotel Syon Park for an evening of recognition and celebration.
The Trust hosted the West London Excellence Awards on Thursday 7 November, shining a light on staff who go above and beyond in their roles.
Guests arrived dressed in their best glad rags and were treated to a welcome reception featuring a live musician, glitter artists and photo booth.
After the reception, guests enjoyed a three-course meal, before the awards ceremony got underway.
The event was hosted by James Davies, Head of Nursing for the integrated care service line.
In her opening remarks, Chief Executive Maria O’Brien said:
“The Excellence Awards are all about shining a light on the incredible work happening across the Trust. It’s about celebrating those who go above and beyond for their patients, who show unwavering commitment and compassion to their colleagues, and who understand the communities we serve and what matters most to them.”
Maria also paid tribute to members of staff who are no longer with us, observing a moment of silence.
This year, there were a total of nine award categories, including the much sought after Employee and Team of the Year Awards.
