We are excited to invite you to a screening of a powerful collection of short films in which women from diverse communities across West London speak in their mother tongue about their experience of perinatal mental illness.
This premiere event promises to be an evening of inspiration, empathy, and hope.

Maternal mental ill-health is a subject that affects countless families, but it is often still kept hidden or unacknowledged within communities. Stigma and fear of judgement can be a powerful barrier to mothers accessing help. These films aim to shed light on the experiences and triumphs of mothers from diverse backgrounds who have worked with the West London Perinatal Mental Health Service to navigate their way to recovery.
