We want service users and carers to be involved in our recruitment process. That’s why we’re hosting a training day for service users and carers who would like to be part of our interview panels in future.

Your participation matters as it helps us to make sure our interview panels are diverse and representative of the populations we serve, and include people with lived experience.

You will be paid £60 for attending the training, and once you’ve completed the course, the Trust pays £11.95 an hour plus expenses for you to be part of an interview panel. After the training your details will be added to the West London NHS Trust Involvement Register (optional), so you can be contacted about any future interview panel opportunities.

The training will take place on Wednesday 20 November, from 10am to 3.45pm, at Ground Floor, The Lido, Mattock Lane, West Ealing Broadway, W13 9LA. Lunch will be provided at the venue.

Transport: Buses SL8, 207, E2 and the E3 stop very close by: West Ealing station on the Great Western Main Line is just four minutes’ walk.

If you'd like to take part or have any questions, please email john.viner@westlondon.nhs.uk.

Find out about other ways you can get involved by visiting our patient and carers involvement page.
