Research is being conducted at West London NHS Trust to look at how mental health inpatient care can be improved.
The study wants to ask staff and service users what they think good care should look like if there were no limits.
The focus is on understanding what people need when they are in crisis and how care could be made better and fairer, especially for those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The study is open to all staff and service users.
