The Trust is celebrating after two members of staff won a London Health Care Support Worker Award.
Nathan Christie-Plummer, Director of Workforce, and Anthony Sembatya, Refugee Programme Manager, won the Collaboration and Partnership Award.
The pair received the award for their work leading the North West London Refugee Employment Programme of which the Trust is a key member.
The Awards seek to recognise the contribution of our Health Care Support Worker staff of which the Trust has recruited a number for the organisation and the integrated care board (ICB).
Nathan Christie-Plummer, Director of Workforce, said: “The award demonstrates true collaboration and partnership working with a number of the refugees working in Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust and Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.
“To date we have 94 refugees employed across the ICB with 41 of those being at West London NHS Trust.”
The London Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) Awards were held on Monday 11 November 2024.
