Wellbeing and recovery college.jpgThe Wellbeing and Recovery College has published its Autumn 2024 prospectus. 

The college offers a range of free educational courses and workshops that focus on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing across the London Borough of Hounslow. Courses are open to everyone aged eighteen and over, living, working and studying in Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith and Fulham. 

The first workshop, Nature and wellbeing will start on Monday 16 September from 2 to 4pm, and will be held online. 

Throughout Autumn, the college will be running a variety of wellbeing courses this includes: focusing on men’s wellbeing, anxiety management, confidence building, walking football, coping with grief and loss and much more. 

Courses and workshops are created and delivered by combining lived and professional experience. Co-production is a key part of each course.

Note: Although Brentford Football Club Community Sports Trust is the usual address for the college, the team have had to temporarily relocate. They hope to return to Brentford very soon and will keep you updated. In the meantime, they’ll continue to use other local training spaces to deliver their workshops and courses.
