The Wellbeing and Recovery College has published its spring programme.

The college is open to everyone eighteen and over, living, working and studying in Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith and Fulham.

It offers education and tools to help support people living in the local community with their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and recovery.

This spring term we're offering lunchtime workshops, evening courses and several new topics have been added to our programme.

The first event will start on Monday 15 January and will be held online.

There are wellbeing courses focusing on tackling low mood, managing anxiety/depression and being a parent.

There are also courses to help with the transition into later life, for example, understanding and managing dementia.

Our physical wellbeing workshops include tips to stop smoking, dealing with fatigue and preventing diabetes.

If you fancy something a bit more creative, there are drumming groups, writing groups, and art therapy groups available.

The college is inclusive to all: service users, carers, family, friends, neighbours, staff and the general public.

Courses are co-produced and delivered by a member of Trust staff and at least one peer trainer, recognising the equal value of professional training and lived experience and expertise.

The college is based at Underwood House, 1A Thomas Layton Way, Brentford TW8 0SB. Please see the video on how to find the college below.
