West London NHS Trust has reached a new record number of promotions for the year.

The latest data for September has been shared, bringing the total number of promotions this year up to 300.

This a huge achievement for the Trust, which started recording the number of promotions back in 2020.

Ali Webster, Director of Organisational Development at West London NHS Trust said: "It is great to see that we have now achieved the highest number of promotions since we started recording and monitoring through our Promotion, Praise and Promise scheme, with us now achieving 300 staff promoted during 2023 so far.

"This really does demonstrate that West London Trust is a Trust where you can really thrive and grow your career."

She added: "A huge congratulation to those who recently achieved their promotions – what a real achievement and we are lucky to have you working at the Trust."

The Trust is also continuing to see a large number of female staff receiving promotions with 70% of promoted staff being female.

With three months of data still left to record, one thing is certain, it’s been a bumper year for promotions.
