Diabetes is a long term condition which can be managed, however if left untreated it can lead to complications which include blindness, kidney problems, heart disease and other life altering conditions.
The Community Diabetes Team (DICE) including Diabetes Specialist Nurses, Dietitians and Podiatrists are holding a health screening for:
- Blood testing
- Blood pressure
- Waist checks
- Lung function screening
- Weight checks

- Diabetes Coaching Service
- Home Oxygen Service (HOSAR)
- TB screening
