We know that getting and keeping the right kind of job can be an important part of recovery for the people who access the Trust's mental health services.

We offer employment support for mental health recovery, including up to five sessions for employed clients seeking job retention or new roles. We support clients of mental health integrated teams (MINT) and early intervention psychosis (EIP).

We provide service users with Individual Placement and Support (IPS), an evidence-based model that supports them into paid employment. People can also receive IPS if they need help with work experience and job retention.  Job retention is for people who are currently in paid employment and need support with their employment situation, and work experience is for those who have a goal of paid employment but do not feel ready to take that step just yet.
