This is a community-based short stay house that offers an alternative to a hospital stay for people experiencing a mental health crisis.

Cafe on the Hill is open 5 days a week for catering and food provision, serving a variety of hot and cold food and drinks.

Clayponds Hospital has three specialist rehabilitation wards. It's also the location for speech and language therapy (adult), chronic pain and musculoskeletal physiotherapy services.

Dementia link workers and support services for Ealing are based at Dementia Concern.

Adult physical health services are offered at Ealing Day Treatment Centre, including speech and language therapy, chronic pain, neurological rehabilitation, falls and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

A range of mental health and physical health services are offered at Ealing Hospital, including the discharge hub and intermediate care services, and a clozapine clinic.

Green Lane is the home of the Ealing community team for people with learning disabilities. Adult speech and language therapy is also offered here.

The Limes is a 20-bed special care unit for older people with mental health problems and those with dementia. It provides individual care with a focus on retaining independence and quality of life.
