At St Vincent’s, The Hammersmith and Fulham Cognitive Impairment and Dementia team provides assessment and treatment for people who experience problems with their mental abilities, such as thinking, knowing and remembering and who live in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Following assessment, the team based at St Vincent’s provides short and long-term treatment and support for people who experience memory problems or cognitive impairment which require specialist help.
