Carer support

Caring for someone with a mental illness can be rewarding but it can be very difficult too.

As a relative or carer you have a vital role in supporting your loved one,  but it’s also important that you make time for yourself and get help if you feel you need it.

There are local services in each of our boroughs that offer support, information and advice to carers.
